Edds is a beast and I can't wait to see him play, especially if he improves a bunch more.
I am also eager to see how the whole defensive line looks with the new DE's.
Just trying to start some football chatter. I am about a month away from doing my annual trip to scothawk's site some random night and "accidentally" watching those videos for like four hours.

I am also intrigued with who will jump out at running back and take over, if anyone actually does.

If Moeaki can stay healthy for the season, he should have a NFL career ahead of him.

He is one player I don't buy into the hype. I think he could be a decent college TE, but I don't see a NFLer in him when I watch him play.

Ballard. He could be phenomenal.

Ballard & Clayborn on defense
Bulaga on offense. Dude has a mean streak.

I thought he was finally coming around last year before he got injured.

I disagree, I thought he was a very key piece to the offense last year that was sorely missed after the injury. Sure they didn't play very strong teams when he was in there, but there seemed to be a better offensive flow when he was in there
Cloudhawk= could be wrong

I agree we missed him a lot, but I just don't seem him playing regularly on Sundays in the next few years.
At this point in his career, I would take Scott Chandler over him, but I think he has the potential to be better than Chandler.
The NFL-comment was the part I disagree the most about Tony, not his ability to be a good TE.

Really, in their first 2 years- Chandler DNP as a Frosh and had 2 TD and 300 yds receiving in 11 games as a Soph- Moeaki had 150 yds and 3 TD's as a Frosh (Chandler had 6 TD and 500 some yds as a senior)- and had 200 yds and 3 TDs in 3 games as a Soph, with freaking JC throwing him the ball.
Christ, I sound like the Game here
Cloudhawk= C'mon LAX (wink)

I meant Tony's first 3 years vs. Chandler's whole career.

I am most excited to see Marcus Wilson (hopefully).
Moeaki certainly has NFL talent/size but so do many other college players who never make it. If he can stay healthy and have a good season, he'll be a mid-round draft pick.

Tarpinian
Morrow
Hampton / Brinson / Greene

Jacody Coleman. The kid will be a stud.
Honestly, Jake Christensen.
BTW, if you do a GIS on Jake Christensen, you will get this picture:

Good one. Forgot about him. The defense has a chance to be pretty good.
