Tough news for Dace, but I don't think anyone is surprised by this. Word has been around for awhile now that his knee (or was it both knees?) were not healing like they'd hoped.

I wonder if he'll stick around as a student assistant of some kind.

Am I the only one who read the thread title, thought of "Deace", and said to themselves "I won't miss him"?

I was like, "1) Why is Deace on the football board, 2) Why would a knee hurt him?"

Too bad for Richardson, but not surprising at all. I thought he looked sharp in 2005 for a true playing LT and was starting to come around in 2006. Certainly looked like he could be a 5-star college LT.

Well, that sucks. It certainly doesn't do anything to improve on my prediction of 7 wins this coming season. Or was it 5? I can't remember.

Ditto. But since this thread is in the football forum I'm obviously projecting my dislike for him.
