Nope. Iowa State actually has a stretch going back prior to 1996 (144+ games), which is as far back as our data goes for college football.

But Iowa is at 62 games without a kickoff return TD....Florida actually has a streak of 109 games going right now (296 kickoffs). Wisconsin is at 92 games.
