I think Bodog is still reputable and has one free withdrawal per month. Although if you like to bet the favorite, you will get better lines elsewhere.

If you want the best lines, go through matchbook.com. I have $500 in there right now for this season and havent tried to withdraw, so I cant speak on that yet.

Im pretty sure I used credit card. I wont do any other method.

I know one of my banks must not allow the transaction to go through, so if you have trouble it would be because of the bank blocking the transaction.

Bodog used to be rated A with them...they must have had some issues recently.
