I've only gotten to .18 once. That was 18 one ounce shots of citron vodka in an hour and a half. I passed out, too. (It was for a field sobriety class).

Most would be surprised at how stumbling drunk .19 really is.

According to the article a breath test wasn't performed immediately, it was done later after he got to the hospital. One only knows how high his BAC was when he passed out.
