Are they announcing the entire lineup? or just the headliners?

The 2009 80/35 Music Festival will have a little more soul and a lot more flavor (or is it Flav?) as Ben Harper and Public Enemy have been announced today as the concert’s headliners.

The Greater Des Moines Music Coalition has announced the first 11 acts for the July 3-4 festival in Western Gateway Park. Other national acts on the bill include Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks, Matisyahu, G Love and Special Sauce, and Girl in a Coma as well as Iowa bands Cleo's Apartment, Beati Paoli, House of Large Sizes, Josh Davis Band and Floodplane.
