#1, you really don't want to. You will lose sound quality compressing to mp3. #2 you can google search flac codec and dl an encoder for your media player. #3 if you really have to convert to mp3 you can download winamp and google your ? on how to configure it to compress flac to mp3.

seems like too much work...some site said they didnt work on itunes anyway...
