10,000 was my guess as well about 3 months ago. I thought that was optimistic then.

I am now revising my forecast upwards in light of good economic news save employment. I see the DJIA making a sharp move upward to the 11,500 level by year end. There is still too much money on the sidelines that will be returned to the market to chase returns. Too many people that got out at the bottom that will be scared to be left behind.

I still see a return to 14,000 by the end of next year as well.
