Not their biggest rival, obviously, but it seems that Penn State-Iowa produces a memorable/enjoyable game more often than most. Just since the mid-90s the following games could be considered "classic" games:

1996
2000
2002
2008

plus there was an enjoyable shootout in 1995, the 6-4 game in 2004, etc. I also think that there was a year ~1983 where Iowa won a 38-35 type game where both teams were ranked, and it seems like I recall reading that there was a year in the 70s that included Iowa beating a top ten team in Happy Valley.

Anyway, would you agree that the PSU/Iowa game tends to be a great game more often than most games? I'm not sure I can think of five "classic" Iowa/Iowa State games.

In sheer recent volume, there is no contest. PSU v. Iowa has been a bloodbath the past 10 years.

maybe not "classic" games but there have been a lot of good games with wisconsin.

Yeah, there have been. Also, the Iowa-Wisconsin series has gone back-and-forth as to who is leading it...believe UW currently has a 1-game lead all-time which makes it the closest series in college football with > some number of games.
