Conan is destroying NBC's late night ratings. Leno is destroying the primetime ratings. NBC better just give the Tonight Show back to Leno before they completely derail the network.

Conan is going to be fine. Leno will not be on the air next fall.

His mistake was the same one Leno made when he took over the show. They'll fix it, or he'll figure out how to adapt.

really? i notice little difference.

No more funny characters with the writers and using Andy to banter with instead of Max are my two biggest complaints.

Max is back as of the end of the year, probably permanently. It will be interesting to finally see how they really use the three personalities.

If he were still on at 11:30...Max would still have been missing for most of this year.

Not sure of what you mean, but when he was on for the first month before joining Springsteen, they used him in a bit maybe once the entire first week. No more Late Night Small Talk Moments or photos from some gathering the night before.

There is no reason they can't still do the photos, just replace Joel with Andy.

We'll see what happens when he is back fulltime.

The issues with the show, and the lower ratings, aren't because they aren't using Max enough, however.

Agree, instead they do skits involving Twitter every other show that aren't funny at all.
