Whole milk is also the best value. 1% and 2% cost the same so might as well get the whole thing

I don't ever remember having whole milk. I use skim. I'm guessing whole milk would be like drinking ice cream to me.....

Befriend a dairy farmer. Raw milk bitches. My grandpa used to get a cup full of straight cream after milking each morning to put on his cornflakes.

Raw milk is designed by nature to make baby cows fat.

Loved going out to the milk tank to get a big cup of warm milk right after milking time. I don't know if I could do it anymore, though...

I see you're drinking 1%. Is that 'cause you think you're fat? 'Cause you're not. You could be drinking whole if you wanted to.

Dietary fat is necessary for the body to process nutrients properly.

Dietary fat is necessary for the body to process nutrients properly.true. but iirc, cow's milk is designed for baby cows, not humans, and the human nutrient absorption from dairy milk is lower than most people realize.

True, but 2% and whole milk taste better than skim.
Or if you want, you can opt for camel's milk...the chick on Dirty Jobs said that it's the closest thing to human's milk.

Calcium, Lycopene, Alpha & Beta-carotene, Vit. A, Vit D, Vit E, Vit K all need to be with fat for your body to absorb them properly.

i eat a lot of cereal. if i started using whole milk instead of skim in my cereal, i would gain unwanted weight FAST
i'm so used to skim in my cereal, that i don't mind it at all. although i will admit that whole milk in cereal is a real, real treat. and that's especially true for hot cereal like oatmeal

Fuckin' middle easterners, they can't even milk a friggin camel efficiently.
If that bastard won't give you her sweet treat, just punch her in the hump. Then raise an eyebrow at her and point at her teet. You'll be bathing in that shit by sundown.
