Hawkeyes Close Season with Shutout Victory

Iowa completed the regular season with a 12-0 win over Minnesota in Kinnick Stadium. Iowa posted a 10-2 overall record and a 6-2 mark in Big Ten Conference action. The Hawkeyes have won as many as 10 games in a season for just the seventh time in school history. Coach Kirk Ferentz has led the Hawkeyes to 10 or more victories in four of 11 seasons (2002, 2003, 2004, 2009).
