who makes the title game against Florida/Alabama?

Surely voters wouldn't prop up FLA/ALA's loser high enough for a rematch, would they?

I'd hate to see it because I think Iowa gets screwed under that scenario, but it would be fascinating.

I think Cincinnati gets the shot and gets killed. The only way they don't is if they really struggle in their game next week and TCU hops them.

No way they rematch the SEC title game.

I agree that it would ultimately go to Cincinnati. The new BCS standings are out officially yet, but they had the edge in the computers on TCU last week (in fact, they also had the edge on Texas and were nearly equal with Florida). It is only the voters that were holding them back. Given that, I think that voters would struggle with putting a mid-major in the title game.
