Never had this issue before, but lately I've been having an issue with the inside of elbows, particularly my left one. They hurt, especially when I work out. I'm not really doing anything new. Any treatment suggestions?

I've considered that I am a just pu$$y or too fat to be doing pullups, but have dismissed those possibilities as improbable.

Tendonitis. Ice and liberal amounts of Vagisil should help.

Wait...is this your throwing arm???

No, it seems much better than the other one. I'm trying to identify and analyze possibly relevant different routines with the two arms to identify potential root causes.

Have you changed fapping technique or frequency?

Better travel to Birmingham and make an appointment with Dr. James Andrews. I hear he is an expert on elbows.

That is a very good thread.

I fought through the pain to complete my weekly workout, so blp is wrong about me.

TOF says: ''Your problem is relatively easy to figure out, stop exercising''.

does it hurt when you have your elbow flexed? Sounds like a bicep tendon at the distal insertion point.

It hurts most "on the way down" while bearing weight.

too wide of a grip on your pullups?

also if it's your left arm more so than your right it is more than likely fatigue. If you can still work through a lift it's not tendinitis but a warning sign that it could be on the way. Take a couple days off and see how it feels.

Given that it's limited by the width of a standard door frame I don't think that's it :)

so when the elbow is flexing. It's the bicep tendons. Take a couple days off and maybe ice em down.
