4-H building at fairgrounds in DSM. completely packed with people and vendors. I just bought like 2 dozen cranks, buzzbaits, agilas, and various other crap at less than half price. i also filled up a tupperware thing full of various plastics and senkos and paid $6. $5 to get in, goes through tomorrow.

Last time I was at one of these I loaded up on a bunch of plugs and other stuff w/ skirts that I've never used. I did pick up a couple of Ugly Stiks cheap though.
