Fake Boobs==Lots of padiddles

I've noticed that women who have had obviously had their tits done invariably have one headlight w/the brights fully engaged, while the other is completely burned out. I always slug my buddy in the arm when we see one.

What gives? Why does this happen? It's as if they're winking at me, but due to societal norms, I'm the freak if I wink back.

I haven't heard anyone say "Padiddle" in years, and I don't think I've ever seen it spelled out in text form.
