Gray reef sharks, I believe.

The picture hasn't been color corrected, and I'm not seeing the black tips, but the tail fins look right.

Yes. Rarely. Notice how the divers are kneeling with their appendages (arms) tucked in. The lack of movement will keep the sharks from striking out. The diver in the middle is probably sitting under a frozen bait ball/chum combo, has some fish parts with him with a chain mail suit on, or more probably both.

Humans are really not on most Shark's food chain. Most of the bites happen in the surf zone when sharks are biting instinctively at movement. Humans in wet suits look a lot like seals in the boiling water. The speculation on why the human's survive is that the wet suit doesn't taste/feel right and the sharks spit out the human.
