The guy sounds legit. Saying all of the right things.

I think it is vital to have a young african-American coach on the staff to ensure the team has the opportunity to recruit all types of players. (I'm going to get killed for saying this)

Glance at the last Sports Illustrated. There is a photo of the lane from the NCAA title game: eight players, with one getting his layup absolutely blown up. Seven are white. The kid seeing his shot rejected was black.
