Wow. I think I saw Tonic once, long ago on a planet far, far away...or, maybe it was in a large grassy field, south of Ankeny. Mancow's Lazer Luau? Anybody else remember this? Maybe I'm confusing them with Candlebox.

Absolutely! I'll likely be in for Ingrid Michaelson and probably Sister Hazel. Possibly Barenaked Ladies. I wouldn't mind seeing Alex Band, though I don't really know his solo stuff.

I haven't heard Tonic since Lemon Parade - really liked them, though. Used to have the cd, too, until it got stolen...along with all the other rock cd's in our collection. The thief was kind enough to leave all the country cd's behind, however. Bastage. lol

I remember that concert was a looong time ago; I was totally sober (too bad I can't remember if they actually played there!). Pregnant with my youngest daughter at the time. :) Made for a long day on my feet, but it was a good time.

Tonic was really good. Kind of an acoustic set. No drums, just a couple guitars and an electric bass. Emerson Hart talked a lot, but was funny and has a great voice. Plus, Fat Tire on tap. Fun night.
