I'm watching it on Comedy Central. It isn't bad, but I'm kind of drinking too many Jack (or Five Star Whiskey) and Cokes, so my judgment might not be great.

Thanks for the heads up. I like crappy movies when I'm stone sober.

It appears to have way more symbolism and underlying messages than Catcher in the Rye. I'm not even kidding.

Five hundred years from now, society tries to water crops with Gatorade....b/c of the "electrolytes."

What are electrolytes?

Isn't that what Gatorade claims that it has that makes it better than water? I have no idea WTF they are. Matt Stafford usually gives props to Gatorade and talks about electrolytes whenever giving an interview.

Saw it when it first came out on video. Wasn't impressed, but I know other people really like it.

the irony, of course, is that the same people that are mocking pop culture in the movie are the same ones who are creating it.

Agreed. Unfortunately, those people have the soapbox.

I will actually admit to enjoying this movie. I normally hate stupid comedys and was not thrilled about watching it at first. I think I laughed quite a bit during the movie :)

Hope you enjoyed your evening jabber.

Yep. Everyone is too stupid to do anything, yet who built the 'idiot proof' medical symptom thing, or the tattoo arm machine & keeping TV running, etc.

It wasn't a comedy. It was a precient dock-drama.
