"I've been playing through it," Woods said quietly. "I can't play through it anymore."

He said he first felt the injury before the Masters and plans to have an MRI next week. He said he was having a hard time with the pain, and that there was a tingling sensation on his right side down to his fingers.

I'm guessing the bulging disc would be in his neck if it is affecting his arms.

Man, he's the most mentally tough athlete in the history of mankind.

That being said, he's made his millions. I hope it's bad so I can stop hearing about him again.

I had a herniated disc between c6-7 and the pain ran down to my fingers. The bad thing here is its nerve pain for which painkillers don't work. It will be interesting to see what happens to him.

Deace made a convincing case for Tiger using PED's, this injury being another sign.

I went to the Dr. this morning, diagnosed with a bulging disk. Hurts like hell, couldn't sleep worth a shit this weekend.

I don't hate him at all. If it comes to pass that he was using PED's, however, it will destroy what little is left of his reputation.

The hits keep coming:

Tiger Woods' troubled career took another blow Monday, when one of his coaches said he would no longer be working with golf's No. 1 player.

"Just so there is no confusion, I would like to make it clear that this is my decision," Hank Haney, Woods' swing coach, said in a statement posted to his website. "Tiger Woods and I will always be friends, but I believe that there is a time and place for everything, and I feel at this time and at this place in my life I want to move forward in other areas."

The ol' it's not you, it's me.
