I walked out around the 3.5-hour mark of a Rush concert a couple years ago. That sucked.

One of my vendors is taking the lady and I to see Rush at Red Rocks in August.

I am a big Rush fan.
I am a huge Red Rocks fan.
I am a massive fan of free concerts.

I was planning on going to this show, but I had to chose between this and Roger Waters. I believe that Rush will have another tour, and I've seen them since I've last seen Waters.

I hope I'm wrong, and I get to choose between these two acts for many more years to come. Unfortunately, I don' think that's the case.

Zaph, I am game to go to this when it comes out. Maybe Mr. Hawk could go as well.

DTV has had the Snakes and Arrows tour on the 101 lately. I need to see them live before I die or before they die, whichever is first.

I caught that tour at tMark. By far one the greatest shows I've seen.

And that's sayin' something.

I saw "Vapor Trails" at the Irvine Spectrum. Great place to see an outdoor show. Very arid, and a nice backdrop of the mountains behind the stage, plus the moon comes up big and orange due to the pollution in the air.

Just found out that the same vendor that hooked me up with Rush tickets is hooking me up with tickets to Roger Waters at the Pepsi Center too. Damn it this is going to be SWEET!

Bump.

Rush at Red Rocks on Wednesday. The guy that gave me the ticckets had 2 extra tickets and is letting me have those as well and I am as giddy as a school girl to see this show.

Has anyone been to this tour yet? Any idea on a set list?

Yes they played it and they absolutely killed.

What a fantastic show. No openimg act just straight Rush, we were there for probably 3+ hours and they played for most of it, other than a 30 minute intermission. 2 1/2 hours of awesomeness.

Peart had several solos and one 10 min extended solo.

We had great seats, row 23 and off to the side slightly.

Great night.
