I voted keep for financial reasons. I'd love the thought of him getting an NFL gig, but what's he going to be? I'm not saying he wouldn't get hired for a coordinator position, but I would LOL at Kirk as an offensive coordinator. I mean, he's an O-line guru, yes? So would it be OC?

Please. Monster isn't voting to fire Kirk.
Monster prefers that he walk away on his own, which we all do. It's not gonna happen, but it would be best for all involved. I really don't think it's time to fire him. Next year will be the year if it's anything like this years debacle, especially if he keeps Davis and the offense is an embarrassment again.

If we had enough money to pay him out and spend 3 or so on a new coach, I wouldn't be against it.

I do not understand why anyone cares about the money. Its not like they're going to start garnishing your check to pay off Kirk's buyout.

I think next year's 4 win team is when the screws start to be turned pretty tight. Especially after there are no coaching changes done this off season.
