Inner/Outer (where Iowa plays Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Minnesota every year) is better than Legends and Leaders.

Division A of the East/West Option is going to be tough once everyone comes off of probation. But by then I'm sure we'll be rearranging the divisions once again to include North Carolina and Virginia Tech.

Correct, which unbelievably wasn't even an option. Well, I take that back. Given the way they've effed everything up to this point, it's entirely believable.

I would first revoke Rutgers and Maryland. Then start from there.

This isn't hard. Go East-West. Then when you add two more Eastern schools (which they will), bump over Indiana to the West and add the new schools to the East again. Done.

Or, if they're really married to breaking up Ohio State and Michigan, do a slightly modified East-West with the Michigan Schools in the West and the Indiana Schools in the East.

When it goes to 16, I want the west to be:

Michigan
MSU
Illinois
Iowa
NW
Minny
Wisky
Nebraska

That way we get as close to the old REAL Big Ten as is probably possible.

I'm wondering if Nebraska fan might want to go into the East so we could move do a modified version of "inner and outer" and move another REAL BT team like Indiana or our hated rival Purdue over to our division. I'm assuming tOSU is gonna be in the "east" no matter what which is fine with me because we've sucked so badly against them in football and I've got family ties to Michigan (the other of the Big Two) and so want Michigan on the schedule every year. I think most Iowa fans agree with me on the Iowa v Michigan rivalry compared to Iowa v toSU.

Hell, throw out the East-West labels and go the coke route and label our division "classic" and the other "new".

Although the folks in the "inner" would probably love it, and are probably all voting for it, because it allows the fans of those schools short travel times and keeps the power in that close area. Imo, that would create a Big 12 (Texas) like situation, where you clearly have one (of a few) schools getting clear preferences and the other schools getting pissed off. If it's 'inner-outer', it'll be only because those inner schools exerted power to get it done, screwing everyone else.

Sadly, we have Sally Mason advocating for Iowa.
