Boise's are the worst ones (aside from maybe the 'reptilian-skin' ones, but since the pics are so small, it's hard to tell). I thought it was funny that they said that Boise's were a tribute to their blue turf. I thought it was that one of their school colors was blue and that the turf reflected that fact. I guess I was wrong.

I'm afraid it'll be too-little-too-late. I don't know how they did it, but Nike wa$ wi$e to $tart with the big-name $chool$ that they did la$t year and thi$, because now since it was "OK" for Texas and tOSU and Alabama, etc to do it, everyone else is going to want to get on board, too. College football is crazy that way. Someone starts something and every other school lines up like sheep to do it too. If they'd have started with teams that have no pride and don't change their uniforms on a whim, it wouldn't have gotten anywhere.

Personally...I think the top picture is a decent start.

- invert the colors though

- add "IOWA" above the numbers
