That’s the kind of game that makes me giggle when I hear ISU fans say they’d beat us if we played now. That defense that held them to 3 points and complete stagnation? It’s better and deeper now.

I usually hate the games where the coaches’ plan is obviously to win carefully. But this one was never in doubt and it simply didn’t feel like those 10-7 or 13-6 games that GDGD gave us. (Fuck that guy.) I actually enjoyed this game.

Lots of lateral and behind the LOS passes today. Brian called things very conservatively, but he didn't have to do otherwise since the run game was shoving it down Mary Land's throat. It felt like Maryland had the ball for less time than the clock showed, total defensive dominance.

Good win the week before Penn State. Plenty to work on in the pass game but hopefully end up ok on the injury front and with some good confidence on both sides of the ball.

Yeah play calling was good under the circumstances but ultra conservative and you could tell the wind was in Stanley's head. He airmailed almost everything and looked really tentative. Missed at least two TDs

It's not really anything interesting, we had the ball almost the entire game and kept things about as conservative as we possibly could. It was a nice performance under the circumstances but isnt going to tell you much about future games
