Outside of Iowa fans, the main takeaway from the Michigan game was that Michigan is insanely good.Wow. I expected them to move up but not that much.

Michigan is really good, but they aren't exactly unbeatable. They got absolutely fucking waxed at Minnesota.Outside of Iowa fans, the main takeaway from the Michigan game was that Michigan is insanely good.

Im happy for me, too. I earned this.I'm happy for me.
Clam down megan rapinoeIm happy for me, too. I earned this.
I haven't seen a lot of Baylor, but from what I have seen I would much rather have Iowa play them than Gonzaga or UM.More important than a 2 seed is getting into the quadrant without Zaga, UM and Baylor
Is Baylor still scary? They’ve been playing turdball since they came back from Covid.More important than a 2 seed is getting into the quadrant without Zaga, UM and Baylor
Mentioned this in chat but we fans of HaLo have really done our part to help the team succeed this year. We came to play.I'm happy for me.
He doesn't care.Really happy for luka
Were you crying when Liddell was trying to back down Connor and Connor kept bouncing him off? Also, are you able to bench 150 pounds? The Ohio State game was a pretty good example of how good Iowa can be when the officials don’t let defenses play rapeball. They let a few obvious fouls go in the first couple minutes of the second half, but otherwise actually called fouls on handchecks, holding cutters, and didn’t let Ohio State’s bigs maul Garza with impunity. If that is the type of officiating we see in the Tournament - and it generally is - Iowa is more than capable of making a deep run.
If you enjoy watching Big Ten rapeball, you are an objectively stupid person. And if you want to see me bench more than 150 pounds, maybe you should stick around the next time your wife invites me over. Were you crying when Liddell was trying to back down Connor and Connor kept bouncing him off? Also, are you able to bench 150 pounds?
Our focus on one game at a time has been commendableMentioned this in chat but we fans of HaLo have really done our part to help the team succeed this year. We came to play.
I can't even tell the point you're trying to make here. What, other than attempting to stand his ground, was Connor supposed to do?Were you crying when Liddell was trying to back down Connor and Connor kept bouncing him off? Also, are you able to bench 150 pounds?
not be named McCafferyI can't even tell the point you're trying to make here. What, other than attempting to stand his ground, was Connor supposed to do?
I want Iowa to be a better than .500 conference team.Iowa is a basically a .500 conference team under Fran. If you want them to be better than that, I get it, but then just say that.
I also want that.I want Iowa to be a better than .500 conference team.
This is dumb as fuck and sounds like my daughter trying to explain her way out of getting caught a lie.Now we’re moving the goalposts to for a narrative. It’s not really about fading down the stretch, it’s about tourney wins!
"Really when I bitch about the Fran Fade on Twitter after a road loss to a top 25 team in early February, what I really mean is that I wish they would go on a deep tourney run."This is dumb as fuck and sounds like my daughter trying to explain her way out of getting caught a lie.
"I know it's called the Fran Fade, or the February Fade, but that's not what it's about. It's because as a program blah blah blah."
They have nobody inside that can guard.Ohio State is one of the worst defensive teams in the conference. It wasn’t so much the officiating calling anything as much as they really don’t care about that end of the floor.
The officiating came into play with Iowa on the defensive end of the floor. Ohio State shot 15 or so less free throws than normal. At home.Ohio State is one of the worst defensive teams in the conference. It wasn’t so much the officiating calling anything as much as they really don’t care about that end of the floor.
And I appreciate that about them.Ohio State is one of the worst defensive teams in the conference. It wasn’t so much the officiating calling anything as much as they really don’t care about that end of the floor.
i get that, but Fran is 10 games over .500 if you take out his first year, 12 if you take out his first two. They all count, but it’s up to the fan on how you want to judge a coach. Which is a more accurate representation of a coaches ability?Iowa is a basically a .500 conference team under Fran. If you want them to be better than that, I get it, but then just say that.
