Yep, which I have always been an advocate that if you aren't going to be the 6th seed, might want to be the 11th seed!

7 through 10 just sucks because 95% of the time if you win you likely get your dicks kicked in by a 1 or 2 seed.

Bama hasn’t looked right since the Miller drama started (Should have lost at South Carolina, two close home wins vs Ark/Aub and Texas A&M loss). If they can contain Miller, it might not be an awful draw if stuck on 8/9 line. I would prefer Bama over Houston or UCLA who both have a ton of March experience and way too disciplined I’m afraid.

That's generally true but it doesn't matter as much this year. There are no dominant teams and the pool of teams isn't top heavy. A ton of top 25 teams lost this weekend. Anybody can lose at any time. Not many teams are going to simply "out talent" another team.
