If it’s any consolation, it sounds like he will be committing sometime within the next month or two. Close out 2022 with Nwankpa, then start off 2023 with a 4* QB and let him get to work recruiting Proctor, Kasper and Cayden Green. Would be pretty, pretty, pretty good.

Only at Iowa can we be so jaded on QB play that getting a commitment from literally our first QB offer in a given class (during his sophomore year) who is rated as a 4* can be viewed overwhelmingly negatively.
