Obviously Brian was a huge mistake, but the other continued fuck up Iowa had on offense was never really having a true QB competition. It was like they were scared of upsetting the presumptive starter and refused to bring in guys to compete against him.

They (Lester) seem to now prefer having 4-5 guys competing and letting the best player get the job. If guys leave they leave and they’ll just bring in more.
