Well this is nice and intentionally deceptive with the numbers. Anyone else you want to exclude to add to your point?
My earlier offer still stands. There’s still time to make this right.

I don't see how that's relevant despite it's obvious truth

If Coker was a stud he wouldn’t have ended up at Morningside or whatever. He was good though.

Weisman was a slow, sturdy, white. And that’s something I’d prefer to never see again as the #1 RB at the university of Iowa.

I don’t even follow recruiting post NIL. So why did Grant Brix pick Knebbie? Looks like KF got all the best instate kids for 24 except Brix. I feel like it must have been $$$$ because high school kids today have never lived in a world where Nebrantska was relevant

He's from the armpit area of Iowa. Lots of Nebrantska fans (and hillbillies) in SW Iowa. Maybe was a Nebrantska fan? Think it was down to them, KSU, Oklahoma, and Alabama. Iowa was never really in it

Iowa was never really convinced either.

He's got potential, but he doesn't dominate small town kids like someone of his caliber should.

What's crazy is how little development happened with a lot of the small town Iowa and Nebrantska kids they beat out iowa for over the last few years. Malcom, Carnie, Gunnerson, Newsome, etc.

ISU got a kid last year who was a lifelong Huskers fan with a Nebrantska offer that didn't want anything to do with that hot mess. Let that sink in.

He’s a so-so wrestler too. Locals there have said the same thing. They have a kid that’s currently at Wyoming that was a better prospect.

Not Hawkeye-related, but TIL Butler has a football program and they play in the Pioneer League with Drake. Apparently they have had it since 1884.

Brevin Doll just broke the 3A state meet record in the 200m prelims by over a tenth of a second. Third fastest 200m in Iowa all-time. 21.10 seconds. Dwight has the all-time mark of 20.80

He wants to play RB, doesn't he?

Seems kinda dumb.

This afternoon he doubled up and broke the 3A state meet record in the 100m, as well. With a prelim time of 10.40 (old 3A record was 10.68 all time record is Adam Halusaka's 10.10) .

His teammate Flora was the QB and is a preferred walkon to ISU. Right behind him in speed, but Doll is the one in he videos winning his heats by more.

Haluska should have played football.

There there should be a huge fucking asterisk after Haluska’s record. People were boarding up their windows before that meet.

I just hope he can stay healthy, he has the speed and athleticism to contribute in some way. Obviously needs to put on some weight. Will probably never be big enough to play defense, in my opinion. But he had offers from some really good offensive schools.

Dwight won the Big 10 in 10.31 in 1999. Best time in the 200 at Iowa was 20.99

Slower than Doll:

Cooper DeJean
Andy Brodell
Ihmir Smith-Marsette
Calvin Davis
James Townsend (alleged 10.5 IIRC)
Treye Jackson (10.5?)
Dennis Mosley? (alleged 9.6 100 yd, surely hand timed )
Robert Smith?
A 1972 RB recruit, Bobby Lawson, was advertised at 9.3. Never looked it.
2015 WR Emmanuel Ogwo was a big time track guy, running a 45 second 400 at Iowa. He may have run sub 10.4, but I don't know.

Edit: Ogwo's best times at Iowa were 10.47, 46.62 and 21.36. Weirdly, after transferring to TCU, his times got ridiculously slower.
