According to On3 most p4 women's programs have rosters between $1.5 - 3 mil. Highest is believed to be Okie Lite at $4m (Crooks).

Crazy that much money is being spent. Iowa wasn't really said to be in the top10, which was also surprising but maybe they kept existing players to cheap and only had to spend on Carnegie and some on Whiting.
