I almost wish they wouldn't have made that little run where they played themselves to nearly on the bubble, probably would have been better go just hand the reigns over to Harding to see what he could do with more minutes. A lot of unknowns going into next year.

Turd of a season but almost right on where I expected before the season. I'm still optimistic for next year -- Tony sucked tonight but he will really be the only one missed.

I really want Fran to break though because I think he’s been better overall than he gets credit for. I just don’t know how you get the tide to flip.

Need to retain the core, lose negative leadership from the seniors and get lucky on a couple transfers. I like the young guys, Tadjo and Koch have promise. Need an athletic wing/guard and 4.

I said it in another thread but will say it again here. I really don’t give a fuck if the entire roster leaves if it means the right coach is hired. Everything can be turned over so quickly that it doesn’t even matter any more. I like some of the young guys but am fine with whatever a new coach thinks about them. Fran has been great but he’s not going to make any sort of real changes. Time to move on.

I don’t want to lose Harding, Freeman, Dix or elder Sandfort, but I’m also not going to really care if they enter the portal.

We have no idea what the roster will look like for next year since we don’t know what they’ll get out of the portal, but I have a hard time seeing them being much better than what they were this year.

Fran doesn't need more toys to fuck around with. Harding is the guy at PG. They need a post that can rebound and defend more than absolutely anything else. Not playing Pat for 20-30 mpg is worth at least 2-3 more wins next year.

Yep, I’m good with giving Harding the keys at PG. We need a Clemmons/better version of Evelyn though to back up and play along at times. I want Dix off the ball.

Freeman, Ladji, Tadjo is a good starting point inside. Brauns emergency big. Need another solid, athletic rebounder.
