This is what Dochterman reported in 2019.

Even at Iowa, Nixon’s experience wasn’t smooth. An incident at a dorm resulted in an investigation that forced him to live off campus and stay away from the team. There was no incident report, and Nixon was cleared of any wrongdoing. He rejoined the program last spring.

If Petras is good, I think #14 will end up being too low. Unfortunately, I have very little confidence that Petras ends up being good, though simply being adequate is probably good enough to get Iowa to the back end of the top 25 with as good as the defense should be.

OU was #29 nationally last year in points and yards allowed per game. That would have been 5th in the B10 on both measures.

Ohio St. ranked 43rd and 59th in those categories, for reference.
