This absolutely stinks of the KF/BF philosophy and stubbornness. Obviously Lester went along with it, but it's not who he's been historically. The one time we actually go gun with KJ in the game and spread them out a bit from the 3 yard line we score with ease. It an ego thing, we still believe we can tell teams it's coming but we can out muscle and out execute. KF has had his head buried in the sand for too many years to continue with that thought process.

I think there's an overall (poor) philosophy from Kirk in regards to offense but ultimately he's a delegating executive type coach. He's also shit at evaluating quarterbacks but to the extent that he's going to override a coordinator in game, it's just not based in reality. Would help to have a headset on communicating with the OC If he was dictating any sort of in game offensive decisions.

I think Lester shit the bed TWICE inside the 5. Pretty obvious that coaches fuck up and can be retarded on occasion. I'd have to go back and look to see if they made zero adjustments their second time in there but I'd rather shove something straight up my ass. I know they stuck with the back who can't even make it back to the line both times. And Lester had stated he likes Moulton in those situations. Now is that really Kirk thinking that? Could be.

My guess is that the people watching that at Memorial Stadium were glad to see their rival lose in excruciating fashion to a shitty opponent. They probably weren’t aware of the eight points we left on the field in the first half because our coaching staff sucks donkey balls and can’t figure out how to field a team on the goal line or call plays. And they probably didn’t know (although they likely could guess based on the past five years) that our quarterback was embarrassingly terrible.

They were simply happy Iowa lost on a last-second 54 yard field goal after moving 60 yards in 20 seconds with no timeouts.

ISU may be one Cam Rising injury away from being a playoff team. The Big12 is underwhelming.

Kaleb Johnson has been the best back on the roster for 3 years. It’s been obvious to anyone watching. If they would just treat him like Shonn Greene and Williams as Jewel Hampton the entire team would be better off.

They’re currently wasting NIL funds on Jazz Patterson.

Such an incredible pile of shit decisions after shit decisions today. It was remarkably impressive how ever chance they could fuck something up, they pulled it off with honors.

Kirk needs to self-impose a suspension for the rest of the season.

Put me on record that Cade could play 50 consecutive games and he would not be noticeably better than today.
I would look competent too if I could hand off 40 times a game to Hassan Haskins and Blake Corum
