Odds ISM never plays for Iowa again? That he just says fuck it and leaves?

We're up 20-0 and they kept showing Fitzgerald on the sideline not giving 2 shits because he just knows. Ugh.

Not having a QB that can run (just a little bit) is problematic. The added QB run threat completely changes how the opponent has to play defense.

you would think an early lead at home would settle an inexperienced qb down. Maybe he just isn't very good.

This season has a 2012 feel to it
I was thinking more 2014.

Although the Purdue loss and this loss to NW are almost identical to how they lost to those 2 teams in 2018.

Iowa is having a down worthless year. Oh no!!!!!!!!

Penn State is 0-2
Minnesota is 0-2
MichiganFan wants to murder Harbaugh
Wisconsin spent last weekend making out with each other
Nebrantska got blown the fuck out and is trying to play FBS schools and praying they can get out of the Big Ten.

Iowa is having like the 6th worst season so far. Calm down.
Correct which almost makes it more frustrating we arent capitalizing on it.

I was hoping Kirk would get to go out on top so to say.
That’s not going to happen however. Hiring his son as the OC was a big roll of the dice, understandable from a parental view but not from any other. Brian may be the most stubborn person on the planet, talked a big game about being physical yet has made the Iowa offense the most finesse of my lifetime.

Years of inability to run at even an average clip, 50+ passes against NW (lol), almost no scoring after halftime. It’s clear...Brian Ferentz is a bad OC & Kirk is unfortunately going to pay the price for it.

74 in a 30 should be 2 minimum. This isn’t something to joke about. He could have fucking killed someone.
74 in a 30 in daylight and sober is bad enough, and would probably warrant a 2 game suspension, but 74 in a 30 WHEN DRUNK AT NIGHT compounds the problem exponentially. Kirk has a tough decision to make here, but the way he's been using ISM in the first two games, it isn't like he'd be missed much no matter how many games he gets suspended.

Would a winless season mean that KF would step down at the end of the season with BF following him out the door?

Some posts take longer to get recycled but here we are.

This post reminds me of Iowa fans after Iowa beat Indiana in Bloomington during the Criminals last year. The win moved Iowa to 8-12 with losses to teams like UT-San Antonio and Duquesne on the season and people were legitimately asking what it would take to make the NCAA Tournament.

It’s never as good or bad as it seems.

ISM suspended 1 game. Could be longer.
