Barta / Ferentz / Fran should be meeting with every single donor face to face and imploring them to send all their donation money to an NIL collective.

My guess is Garta still wants the donations for the University coffers plus wants people to give to the NIL. Most people aren't going to do both, especially when it isn't very organized or there isn't one coherent plan.
