Grand Canyon has been in the NCAA tournament the last 3 years and 4 of the last 5. Coached by Bryce Drew, maker of "the shot." He's 51 now.

Best player is Jaden Henley, 6'7" wing who is on his 4th team (Minnesota, DePaul, UNLV). They also have that goofy 4 eyed fucker Breidenbach who played for Nebrantska a few years ago

GCU clearly wanted to come out and push the pace, worked for a few minutes while they spazzed out, and then they were ground down to a pulp by Iowa refusing to comply. Half of them wanted to fight by the end of the game they were so frustrated.

Sleepy start, then held them to 14 points over 24 minutes. Defense was relentless.

You guys were kicking Howard off the team earlier in the season and he had a great game today. El Pulpo Fol will be just fine. He didn't have a single turnover coming into this game with like 18 assists.

Ben and assistants had several quotes talking about how good Alvaro was when he was engaged and locked in. He’s our 2nd best player, I think he’ll get there but they’re pushing buttons.

Big Ten has 9 teams in the Top 30, 10 in the Top 35. Looking like maybe the best conference this year.
