I usually take that stat with a grain of salt but in this case it’s meaningful because for the most part, that group is on the floor at the same time.

They wouldn’t have lost that MSU game had they played her more IMO. That’s beyond the point when she had proven she was ready to take on more minutes. She could have been very useful against that press instead of having two bigs and Lucy trying to break it everyone possession.

I don’t mind how they are splitting up the minutes. Feurbach starts both halves then plays sparingly the rest of the half. She’s got to be at around 10-12 minutes played the last few games.

McCabe certainly playing better. Stremlow, Mallegni, and Heiden played a lot of Q4 minutes too.

They sparked the team the last two games. Definitely playing at a higher level. I think Heiden is going to be first team I am a giant douche by her junior year.

I think it would be hard to take over as “leader” in your first year. She’s clearly our best scorer but when it comes to leader on the team, I’m not sure who it is.

I think Stremlow will develop into one with time as will Guyton. I think Deal has enough moxie to step into that role right away next year.
