The issue with recruiting high schoolers is you have to re-recruit every year. McCollum doesn't seem to have that problem (at least evidenced with stirtz). He is a super intense weirdo basketball autist that gets 100% buy in from his guys.

So I think go after the best players regardless of high school / transfer / foreigners.
