Storm Lake kid building a pretty good offer list.
Ol’ General Lee knows ball. Maybe I should become Hawkeyelounge.com’s paid basketball analyst as well. That kid looks like he’s going to be really good.
This team has the potential for be very athletic and potentially really good and fun to watch on the defensive end. Coon, Thompson, Harris, Sage, Koch, Howard. Damn. He's hyper-athletic for Iowa.

You know you don't have to post every completely stupid thought that comes into your head, right?I knew something was up when I saw Johnson County was under a tornado warning
Do I reply to this, or not?You know you don't have to post every completely stupid thought that comes into your head, right?
These days, players who aren’t needed for a year or two will leave. The best part of this commitment is that he isn’t going to be needed for at least one, maybe two years. At worst, he’s a more athletic Howard. If his jump shot improves, he becomes a major steal and perfect fit for what Ben wants.
Not Trey Thompson. These days, players who aren’t needed for a year or two will leave.
Trey Thompson reclassifying and spending a year in the system was so much more beneficial than a senior year of HS basketball ever could have been.
Iowa does appear to have a jam at the 3-4 positions. Not a bad problem to have- lots of seemingly talented players with high upsides.Trey Thompson reclassifying and spending a year in the system was so much more beneficial than a senior year of HS basketball ever could have been.

To close the loop on LaFrentz’s kid, I saw somewhere recently that he’s going to UNC-Greensboro. So I guess mid-major was correct. He's got some good skills for a tall kid, but in the 50ish seconds i devoted to watching him that doesn't look like a high major ball player.
