Louisville still trying to add Momcilivic who is the last great portal pickup. They have to be pushing $20m this year.

I hope Folgers enjoys developing his leadership qualities in his Braden Hausen-like Sr year.

At least he got paid.

Speaking of Dolph, he interviewed Ty’Reek Coleman on the Fight for Iowa podcast, and I came away really impressed listening to him speak. Coleman sounded incredibly smart, grounded, and mature, especially for someone his age. You could tell he was thoughtful in how he answered questions and seemed to have a strong sense of perspective and self awareness.

Coleman could be really dang good in a couple years. Excited to see how he plays this season

Kid was a complete diva. Despite him providing us with one of the better moments in Iowa Basketball history, I think Iowa is better off with those minutes going to someone else.

He clearly irritated McCollum at times.

I remember we were all pretty certain he was going to start heading into the season.

Instead we went with Koch all year at the 4

With many dipshits opining that he should be benched, right before he was a stud the second half of the season

There was more to it than just the play on the court. He treated a number of people inside the program pretty poorly; something Ben was very direct up front with all players, would not be tolerated.

The Pear will have some situational success this year, particularly on the offensive end. Great hands and great passer, with a soft touch. His feet and frame will limit his value defensively.

Probably a Robby Avila type ceiling.

It would be great if it happens. You can definitely see the makings of it, but not a functional defender.
