I have no idea what to make of this team. We still don’t have a fast twitch guard who can create off the dribble but joe can do it from the wing and hopefully moss has improved his ball handling and assertiveness. Great to see cook continuing to expand his skills- I think his ball handling was underrated last year and I pretty much look forward to every time he touches the ball. Connor was way more disruptive than Jordan up front, from both a size and aggressiveness standpoint. The Zavier Simpsons of the world will still cause problems, as they do for most teams, but Connor may be tough enough to make it more difficult for them.

You can see Nunges skills but he still looks robotic and uncomfortable much of the time. Pemsl and Kriener are clearly the better choices in the rotation right now. Both of those guys played within themselves today and looked good.

Obvious caveats about the competition aside, I was impressed by Cook. I was worried he'd be too anxious to prove his perimeter game improved, but he took a couple of open shots and passed the ball well.

The only thing I care about is that Weiskamp is 10x the player that Baer/ Nunge are at SF. I only watched the first 5 minutes but Baer got beat a couple times by those guilford faggots and had to use his length to recover. At least we won't be playing 4 on 5 this year.
