Greenwood would be pretty easy to take out
I was at the Pitt game they had him and Angerer come out. I didn’t cry, but I didn’t think, “pussy” about the people I saw crying. The state of Pennsylvania has brought A LOT of great nights in Kinnick relatively speaking.

How on earth can they not be efficient enough to get one of the most critical loops done in 18 months? It just doesn’t make sense.

I cannot understand how road construction takes as long as it does.
In Iowa City, the Herbert Hoover Highway exit has been closed or impacted for what has to be well over a year.
The top of Scott Boulevard is still closed and a mess.
American Legoin Rd is closed, blocking off the new Elemenary school. They couldn’t finish in time for school. It’s been under construction for probably a year and a half.

The diagonal intersection by Penn Elementary is taking forever too.

I wonder if they're having a tough time finding workers like everywhere else.

Really (not) looking forward to the massive reconstruction of Court St. from the intersection with Mousecatine all the way out to 1st Ave....scheduled for 2024. It will be nice when it's done. but it will be a real mess for a while. https://www.icgov.org/project/court-street-reconstruction-project

The realization is setting in that I'm going to miss more games (watching live) this season than in any past year. I'll be camping the next two weekends and then I'll miss two more in October while I'm camping in Maine. Hopefully, I can find a random local pub that will be carrying the Ohio State game. Not much hope for the Northwestern game.

Yeah I'm presently searching for possible game watch locations in the Maldives, Seychelles, and Bora Bora on game weekends during trips there this fall

Just kidding I signed my kids up for soccer and the games are on Saturdays.

Reason #349,646 why camping sucks.

They have no material to make actual concrete and thanks to the DOT, it will be that way for quite awhile.

NE 14th, Alice's Road, 128th St...all could've been months ago if the DOT didn't have their head shoved completely up their ass.

There are concrete contractors who have giant fucking building sized piles of crushed recycled material ready to roll, but the DOT will not certify it. "We don't know where you got that from." Everyone has gone gay.

I have no way of knowing if the above is accurate, but this was told to me by an employee at a large concrete company who has been pulling his pud waiting for material, despite having thousands of tons of it which was always fine to use in the past.

I will attend a 16U soccer match that kicks off at the exact same time as the Iowa/ISU game.

My daughters soccer game kicks off at the same time as football too.

However we're telling the other team that we will be rescheduling.

No one on the planet has ever regretted missing a youth soccer game.

Your 16 year old child does not fucking care in the least if you are there.

If he ends up losing his anal virginity during the game, I'm sure one of the other parents will send you a video.

Hopefully multiple other parents so you can piece together a nice video from different angles.

Proud dad moment. My daughter is missing her bf’s wedding so she can attend the ISU game. She’s a hell of a lot more sensible than all of the pussy soccer moms on halo.

Let’s get back to main point. Sack up and tell little Breighdyn that soccer sucks and that even if you went you’d be streaming the Iowa game instead of watching him futility attempt to kick the ball.

He is way more competent at kicking a soccer ball than Spencer Petras is at throwing a football.
