No, there is a rash of stupid ass football opinions being spouted on here and I'm not tolerating it. Any reference to Dejean at QB for Iowa is one of those stupid ass opinions and will be dealt with as such.

Brian and Kirk being stupid is not an invitation for people on here to attempt to prove that they are even stupider. ERR, BBK and a bunch of others are completely off the rails of sanity at this point.

This offense has scored point totals of:

-3 (FCS team)
-7
-27 (vs a team who gave up 55 the week prior to a Cam Ward-less Incarnate Word),
-13
-14 (7 garbage time points)

and is DFL in the sport, the year after finishing 124/131 and limping to a 10-4 record (yet another year of leaving wins on the field because of a lack of offense).

It’s been a decade (really it’s been longer, but will say a decade) of averaging 90-100 ranked offenses.

The current dude has cracked 85th nationally in offensive ratings, like once.

The current QB sucks. Like, dude he is shit.

Imagine going through all the statistics, seeing everything you, me, (waves arms around) EVERYONE has seen, and then act like it’s us who are crazy.

After everything you’ve seen this year, having confidence in how the rest of the year finishes is the crazier thing to me.

Enjoy the 6-6 (at best) season, Spencer taking every snap, and Kirk continuing to meddle in the offense as his woefully inept kid continues to make a mockery of the sport in this, the year of the lord 2022. Make sure to enjoy Nashville in late December (while you could be enjoying Pasadena or other top bowls if there were only an average offense here).

And yeah, I’d take a competent OC with full control of the playbook and Cooper Dejean or Sambud over Spencer Petras - what are we going to do go three and out?

And it’s WRR not ERR. Get your shit together Bob “Sandman” Sanders.

Thank you for illustrating my point.

Petras is terrible.
Brian is a terrible OC.
KF is a stubborn retard when it comes to his offensive style.

You are just a retard who is now cheering for Iowa to lose. Eat a dick.

I’d like change. But keep on keep’n on.

Edit: Btw, go search my comments - I didn’t say anything about DeJean playing qb until this last post following your comments. Sandman.

Kirk measures success in commitment, practice performance, degree of complexity and whether you sprang from his ballsack or not.

The whole ‘punting is winning’ is not cute or funny
I saw waaaay too many of these shirts at the Nevada game. Although, it is a good indicator of football IQ, so I do appreciate the heads up leading into the conversation.

The stupidest Iowa football opinion that I’ve seen lately is the one that believes continuing to run Petras out there gives Iowa its best chance to win football games.

Your energy should be directed to those holding that opinion.

Going back to yesterday's thunderdome, I remember watching DJK's HS QB video and having a pulsating throbber. All against the best teams in Ohio.

Of course it all worked out during those years, but I can't imagine watching that as a coach and not thinking, "Jesus Christ, we outta at least give this a gander."

It would seem that Labas was able to learn someone else's offense pretty effectively.

So a quarterback currently on the roster actually looked good running someone else's offense? Huh. I wonder if there might be any clues in there.

OL will get markedly better next year and even better the following year when you add Proctor.
