He's been here 12 months and the PG he brought to Iowa his first year and took us to the Elite Eight was a borderline lottery pick in the NBA Draft last month. He got a good young PG out of the portal for this year and now has an official visit scheduled for a Top 10 player in the country who is a PG.

Fran recruited a lot of top ten PG’s over the years. And they liked him. But Fran also put his son on scholarship and every other coach used that against him. And his son was actually pretty decent.
