To tell you the truth, I'm saying optimistically this looks like a reboot of the program by Ferentz. In December KF gave us the most definitive statement he's ever given that he's staying at Iowa for the long haul and that he's committed long term to the program.

Of course the cynical will say that's because he no longer has anywhere else to go, but hopefully he and the program are making a real attempt to shake the rust off.

I watched the first and fourth quarters of the Orange Bowl win over GTech the other night, and it should be remembered that that was only two years ago and that it was our first BCS bowl win in fifty plus freakin years.

One more thing, I wanted Hermann, but I don't think Bradley was ever an option. Too much PSU baggage, I would have stopped supporting the program if he had been the choice, and I'm serious and can't have been the only one.
