Take the 'best' UNI team from the Title Game run a couple years ago, late in the year when they were just lights out, against some of the below average Iowa teams early in the Ferentz era (or late last regular season) and I think you'd have a hell of a football game (and in the dome, lookout), but otherwise no.
Iowa (ISU should) has a huge advantage in resources (facilities and scholorships)...unlike ISU, Iowa uses that advantage.
