If you're pretty sure of where you want to end up why not just end the process early and enjoy being a kid while you can. Good move for him and from everything that has been posted on here, it looks like a good move for Iowa.

I didn't think he would get over 6'4'', but talked to someone today that said he is a legit 6'5'' and starting to dunk all the time. I think at worst he is Oglesby with more athletic ability.

Pretty good shot that Iowa will sign the top player in Iowa for 2016, 17, 18, and 19. At this point, all four have been touted as being legit high major prospects when healthy. For a guy who gets way too much crap for being a hothead, Fran has done a nice job with building relationships around the state and also in laying the groundwork with programs in the state of Illinois.
