Nah they will space them out. Depending on what they do there could be a period of non-weight bearing or partial-weight bearing and if they did both at the same time he would likely be in a wheelchair. I had a guy once with two torn ACLs and they spaced those 8 weeks apart.

he already did one and will do the other when he can get around. I would highly doubt he’s ready to start at the beginning of the year, which will be a perfect chance to not bench your own son while bringing experience off the bench.

I was walking (painfully) a few days after the exact same surgery on one hip. Both would have you down for a few days but you’d get your strength back pretty quickly. I assume they’d stagger the surgeries a couple weeks apart?

He played the final months of last season with a torn labrum in his right (shooting) shoulder, something that was confirmed via MRI. He said the shoulder’s doing better now, and he doesn't plan to have surgery.
